QuaCell® CHO Feed 06 Supplement is serum-free, animal component-free, chemically defined supplement medium. This product provides essential nutrients in the later period of CHO cell suspension culture to maintaining cell viability and prolonging culture time, increase the density and improve the protein expression of CHO cells.

The target cells were three CHO-K1Q cell lines, and LeGend Medium & Feed06 Supplement were compared with other commercial medium for Fed-Batch culture. The results showed that LeGend Medium & Feed06 Supplement was better than other commercial medium in terms of cell growth and titer under the same conditions.
