WayneLVPro™ HEK 293 cells were inoculated into LeExpro Medium, domestic medium A, domestic medium B, and imported medium C for Batch culture. The results showed that the highest cell density of LeExpro Medium was 1.07x10⁷ cells/mL, and the cell growth performance was better than other media.

WayneLVPro™ HEK 293 cells were transferred to LeExpro Medium, domestic medium 2 and domestic medium 1 of the original process, and the supplement was the corresponding commercial supplement. High expression and low expression plasmid were selected, and after transfection, the expression levels were harvested for 5 days after culture. The results showed that the protein expression of LeExpro Medium was improved in different degrees in 7 items compared with other medium.
