MSCs were cultured with QuaCell ® HPL

In the process of culturing human umbilical cord-derived MSCs, different brands of 5% HPL and FBS were added into the basal medium. Results show the QuaCell ® HPL group in the process of P3 to P4 generation, the cell expansion can reach 15 times, show a good support cell proliferation ability.

The surface markers of P4 generation MSC cells remain well maintained and have a relatively good three-line differentiation potential.

NK cells were cultured with QuaCell ® HPL

In the QuaCell® HPL group, the cell doubling efficiency was higher than other groups, and the purity of NK cells could reach more than 97%.
